Caroline lived in Washington, D.C. for 10 years honing her craft and knowledge for the restaurant industry while taking a special interest in the behind-the-scenes aspect of the business. From establishing personal relationships with vendors to stepping into management for one of the highest grossing restaurants in D.C., she carved out her own niche for a transition into the financial services world by taking a position with a boutique wealth management firm. With appreciation for her experience in the hospitality industry, along with her education at the University of Maryland, Caroline was chosen to work as a right-hand woman to one of the founding partners. This unique set of blended skills presented De Maison East with an opportunity to bring Caroline on board as an Orders, Compliance and Accounts Receivable team member. While she currently resides in Lima, Peru, she and her husband are planning a return to the Tar Heel state!
