La Zorra 2017
This traditional Salamanca blend of Rufete and Aragones (Tempranillo) is La Zorra’s house wine.
Site: El Rachon in San Esteban at 500m – 900m
Grapes: 60% Tinto Aragonés and 40% Rufete
Vine Age: 60+ years old
Soil: Slate, clay, and granite
Farming: Practicing Organic
Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Keg: La Zorra is also available in a 20L, recyclable UniKeg with a standard sankey coupler. We recommend using nitrogen gas for taps, but please consult your keg tech.
