Waris-Larmandier Les Bauves Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Cramant Brut Nature Champagne

The Larmandier family have a very long history in the village of Cramant. This bottling is a tribute to their grandfather, Guy Larmandier. Les Bauves is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne which expresses the drama of the Grand Cru Cramant village with firm, expansive fruit and charming charisma and elegance. Chardonnay vines were planted here in 1962, 1986, and 1998; with vines facing both north and south in pure chalky soils. This release is incredibly limited, packed three bottles to a case. Each bottle comes beautifully and thoughtfully wrapped with vineyard maps and information personal to each wine, which is designed and signed by the family, blurring the line between art and wine.
