Grapes: 70% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacha, and 5% Graciano
Vine Age: 40-90+ years
Soil: Limestone with calcareous clay and exposed bedrock
Vinification: Fermented with indigenous yeasts in small wooden tubs. It was then aged for 24 months in all French oak: 1 to 5 year old barrels (225L, 400L, and 500L) and foudres ranging from 1,200L to 2,000L.
