Utashiro Sashu ‘of Sado’

Water-white and crystal-clear in the glass, Sashu opens with an enticingly sweet nose of soft maple syrup and peach skin. The palate has the texture of fine silk, weaving vibrant notes of peach, apple, and crisp pear skin. A gentle warmth and spirited alcoholic lift round out its deep, complex character.
