The Les Grands Âges line of spirits is based on the oldest marcs and fines at the distillery. These were hand-selected from the best and most aged barrels. All the brandies are over twenty years old and contain brandies as old as the founding of the property. Through careful blending Jacoulot released a limited bottling of 500 bottles.
