History & Origins
Independent Craft in Barcelona
Belgian distiller Stefan Lismond has spent decades in Barcelona, surrounded by winemakers, musicians, and artists. Together with Masters of Wine and master distillers, he built BCN on collaboration and creativity. Distilled in Priorat and inspired by the city’s energy, BCN reimagines Spain’s traditions of vermouth and gin-tonics with premium ingredients, modern craft, and a spirit of celebration.

From Terra Alta Vines to Fresh Botanicals
BCN transforms Catalonia’s vineyards into refined artisan spirits. Garnacha blanca from century-old vines provides the foundation for BCN’s vermouth, macerated with Mediterranean herbs and citrus, while Priorat pomace is distilled and macerated with wild botanicals to make BCN Gin. Each element is distilled or infused separately to capture its purest expression, then blended with precision to create balanced, modern interpretations of traditional beverages.
