Jean-Claude's idea of a more classically Burgundian Chardonnay, from fruit grown in clay-calcareous soils and aged in old barrels.
Vinification Fermented in stainless steel before aging in old oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Aromas of lemon curd and a touch of smoke. This wine is creamy and full-framed, yet retains an intense, racy acidity and pronounced minerality.
