This méthode traditionelle sparkling wine is made mostly with Altesse (in addition to Chardonnay). Its distinctive flavor profile and elegant balance come from this indigenous grape and extended lees aging. It is an ideal apéritif wine.
Vinification Méthode traditionelle sparkling wine. Grapes fermented seperately and then blended together for malolactic fermentation. Aged on fine lees for 24 months.
Tasting Notes Balanced and round, the Altesse adds distinctive floral notes to a toasty flavor profile.
45% Altesse, 45% Chardonnay and 10% blend of of Jacquère and Aligoté
