Vina Sastre Roble

Made from 100% Tempranillo, the Roble is the workhorse wine of Viña Sastre.

Vinification Long maceration and transferred to 1, 2 and 3-year-old French and American oak barrels for 10 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes Lots of flowers on the nose, particularly violets and lavender, and also some roasted coffee notes. Smooth with mellow tannins, this wine is savory and lightly smoky. The finish is long and mineral with an iron quality.
