The grapes for this wine are sourced from one of the estate’s plots of Cot that is known to produce less tannic grapes. The resulting wine is smoother and more fruity than other selections from Château du Cayrou.

Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Keg: Le Sang du Cayrou comes in a 20L, recyclable UniKeg with a standard sankey coupler. We recommend using nitrogen gas for taps, but please consult your keg tech.
