Ostatu Gran Reserva

Vinification Temperature-controlled fermentation occurred in small vats and was followed by malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged a further 24 months with half in 1 to 2 year old 225L barrels, it is then blended back together and aged an additional 5 months in 4,000L foudres.
