Vinification Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 9 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes Lovely fragrant mineral notes combine with bright floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing.
Keg La Zorra Z comes in a 20L, recyclable Polykeg with a standard sankey coupler. We recommend using nitrogen gas for taps, but please consult your keg tech.
