Sourced from a single vineyard near the village of Valtuille de Abajo.

Vinification Fermentation with indigenous yeast. No malolactic fermentation. 4 months aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes A wild, complex wine, broad and structured, saline and herbal. Very vivacious with an impressively long finish.
