50% Gros Manseng and 50% Petit Manseng picked in late October. The soils here are a mix of clay/calcareous and grès or marne covered with small rocks known as Peïrine.
Vinification Fermented in stainless steel and aged in older foudres and barriques for 12 months.
Tasting Notes Very flinty on the nose, the palate is tightly wound with an elegant presence.
