Clos Guirouilh Jurançon

75% Gros Manseng and 25% Petit Manseng, picked late in October through successive passes in the vineyards.

Vinification Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 22 month in old foudres and barriques. Fermentation is stopped to leave 85 grams of natural sugar. This Jurançon is unusually low in alcohol at 12.5%.

Tasting Notes Golden hue, aromas of mentholated herbs and more flint notes. Great length on the palate braced by vibrant acidity.
