Garciarevalo Finca Tresolmos Verdejo Lías 2018

Tres Olmos

The fruit that goes into Garciarevalo's Finca Tresolmos Verdejo Lías is sourced from the estate's oldest verdejo vines. These vines range from 100 to 140 years old and are growing on original rootstocks in sandy soils.

Vinification After spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks the wine is aged for 6 months on the lees before bottling. To maintain greater freshness, kegs are not aged on the lees.

Keg Finca Tresolmos Verdejo is also available in a 20L, recyclable Polykeg with a standard sankey coupler. We recommend using nitrogen gas for taps, but please consult your keg tech.
