Conde de Hervías 2009

Conde de Hervias

The flagship wine of the estate, the grapes are all sourced from a pre-phylloxera vineyard planted in 1864. The Conde de Hervías is only made in the best vintages.

Vinification Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and then aged for 16 months in new French oak.

Tasting Notes Lovely floral undertones mingling with spices from the oak. Flavors are of ripe black berries and rose petals. The palate is velvety, surprisingly delicate and lengthy.
