Le Clos 2013
Le Clos du Château L'Oiselinière enters in the new classification process in Muscadet called Cru Communaux. The objective of this classification is to show the various terroir of the Muscadet appellation. The orthogneiss terroir of Le Clos has been selected by the appellation to represent one of the best subsoils in the Sèvre-et-Maine appellation.
Vinification Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then aged 31 months on the lees in underground cement vats.
Tasting Notes Tight and dense nose revealing minerals with honeyed notes. The palate is textured with great concentration and length.
