Château de la Chesnaie 2009

Chateau de la Chesnaie

Vinification Due to careful leaf thinning in the vineyard, which allowed for the fruit to see the sun, the grapes reached phenolic maturation. The wine eas aged on the lees for four months before bottling.

Tasting Notes Bright, vibrant aromas reminiscent of crushed oyster shells. On the palate the wine reveals plenty of fruit complemented by briny notes.
