Vinification All stainless steel. Maceration of 30 days at 27 - 29°C. Aged for 2 years in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes A wine marked by incredible minerality and a very fine, elegant tannic structure. Smells of ripe raspberries mingle with deeper roasted aromas, wild herbs, and black pepper. Tremendous potential for bottle aging.
