Txalaparta is two musicians playing on wood; this cider is two apples "playing" on wood.

Vinification Indigenous varietals Aphez Sagarra and Eztika are slow fermented over lees in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Mild carbonation occurs naturally in bottle, no dosage. There is 15g/L of residual sugar.

Tasting Notes Fine tannins and good aging potential.
