A Coroa Godello 2016
Vinification This wine is sourced from four parcels around A Rua, all at approximately 450m elevation and with a southern exposure. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 6 months.
Tasting Notes Very floral aromas, with notes of wild fennel, ripe peach, and a touch of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango). On the palate it shows its varietal characteristics: fresh, structured, and unmistakably Godello. The finish has a pronounced minerality and a slight pleasing bitterness.
