Vinification Fermented in stainless steel before aging in old oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Thyme, cedar, and lime leaf on the nose. This a steely, rather austere interpretation of Chardonnay, with a long, full, acidity on the finish. Its flavor profile makes it incredibly versatile with food.
Suggested Pairings Shellfish, tajines, fresh summer vegetables, pizza, grilled fish.
