Thierry Tissot Roussette "Mataret" 2009
Vinification 100% Altesse from the Mataret vineyard. Manual harvest. Fermented in stainless steel at 15ºC, then at 20ºC to finish off all the sugars. Aged on fine lees for 6 months and then extensively in bottle. No residual sugar.
Tasting Notes Deep, complex, and intensely mineral. It’s weighty and a little oily on the palate, with aromas of wet stones and flowers.
