Joan d'Anguera 2015 Harvest
The 2015 vintage is looking quite nice in Monsant: normal rainfall and a warm summer led to a harvest of high-quality grapes.
The Garnatxa for Altaroses was harvested 25-27 August and 4-6 September. Alcohol levels are between 13.7 and 14.2% and acidity is between 5 and 5.4 g/L.
The Garnatxa from l’Argata was harvested on August 29, September 3, and September 7. Alcohol levels are between 13.8 and 14.4% and acidity is between 5.1 and 5.6 g/L.
The Syrah for Planella was harvest August 28th, September 2 and September 8. Alcohol level is around 13.8% and acidity around 5.6 g/L.
The Cariñena for Planella was harvested September 11, 12, and 15. Alcohol levels are between 14 and 14.4% and acidity is around 6.1 g/L.
The Cariñena from l’Hostal was harvested September 18. Alcohol level is around 13% and acidity around 5.8 g/L.
