Vinification A green harvest ensured very low yields. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged on the lees for 1 year and bottled unfiltered.

Tasting Notes Nothing short of ethereal. Light on its feet and show mountain herbs mingling with white flowers this wine will evolve to be one of Emilio's best efforts to date.
