Vinification Dry Oloroso and sweet Moscatel are blended and aged in solera for 7 years.

Tasting Notes Incredible, decadent notes of vanilla and spices mingling with wood antique varnishes. Palate is smooth with a medium sweet finish.

Serving Temprature Cruz del Mar Cream should be served at European room temperature (65°F).
