Vinification Made from 100% Mouratón fermented with indigenous yeast in 500L open French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation in 300L barrels. Aged 18 months in old French oak barrels. No clarification or filtration. Aged 20 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes Brawny, spicy with a meaty quality.
